A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Field Product Manager reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Digital Solution Design & Delivery. The role sits within the Field Improve & Transform team who are accountable to develop, lead and govern the strategy and deliver robust transformation and improvement initiatives.
A bit about your role
In this role you will lead the development of our improve and transform programs. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define the product vision, gather requirements, prioritise features, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customer needs and market trends.
You will play an integral role in bridging portfolio strategy and execution by translating solution concepts and delivering level business & technical requirements down to smaller, deliverable system Acceptance Criteria within an epic/feature for our engineers to use as a foundation to commence development.
A bit about you
To succeed in this role, a detailed understanding of nbn technologies, operational processes, and OSS/BSS capabilities to support the nbn technology will be required to ensure scalable, automated, streamlined IT solutions are delivered. You will be a Subject Matter expert for IT project delivery, strategy & roadmap design, system integration and system impact analysis.
Your excellent organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills along with your proven track record in delivering large complex programs of work within an Agile project environment will also see you succeed in this role.
