As our Field Operations Director for Nalco Water's Heavy & Mining division, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our business across Australia. This senior leadership position involves driving profitable growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering innovation and value to our mining and heavy industrial customers. Responsibilities : Provide strategic direction and management for the Nalco Water Heavy & Mining operations across Australia. Lead and develop a high-performing field-based team focused on customer service excellence, safety, and operational efficiency. Develop and implement business plans that achieve sales targets, profitability, and growth in market share within the heavy and mining industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders. Champion innovation and best practices to deliver maximum value and long-term results for customers. Ensure full accountability for sales, profitability, and operational performance within the region. Collaborate with the Nalco Water Heavy & Mining Leadership Team to align regional efforts with global business goals. Our Ideal Candidate may have : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Chemistry, or a related field. Experience leading leaders with mining, heavy industry, or water treatment experience well regarded. Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics within heavy and mining industries. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
