Our client, a leading global tech company, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for a 12-month contract in St Leonards with hybrid flexibility. You'll plan and execute marketing strategies for enterprise and public sector clients in Australia and New Zealand, collaborating with sales teams on new logo acquisition and customer retention. We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to support marketing activities in Australia and New Zealand as part of the APAC Marketing team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing for APAC, you will plan, execute, optimise, and report on enterprise and public sector marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with sales teams, you will drive new logo acquisition and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign planning including developing field marketing programs using various channels, including events, digital marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). Building relationships with sales teams. Measuring campaign effectiveness, including budget adherence, and ROI, providing insights for continuous improvement. Creating targeted content including podcasts, articles, videos. Ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role within a large multinational technology company. Proven track record in marketing to federal government and large enterprise segments, excellent organisational and communication skills, and experience with Salesforce (SFDC) for lead management and reporting.
