In the last ten years we have experienced continued growth and as a result we are seeking a Field Manager to join our team.
Position Overview: As a Field Manager at Titan Communications, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our telecommunications projects.
You will be responsible for managing field operations, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise field staff, including technicians, riggers, and subcontractors.
Coordinate and schedule daily field operations to meet project timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
Monitor project progress and report on milestones to senior management.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
Collaborate with project engineers, quality leads, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments.
Manage inventory, equipment, and resources efficiently to minimize downtime.
Requirements: Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the telecommunications industry, specifically in wireless networks.
Previous field experience in the telecommunications industry.
Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the telecommunications industry.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Brisbane and occasionally interstate.
