Field Manager
The Role
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Field Manager role is responsible for the coordination of site works, managing all field activities related to wireless network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise employees and subcontractors onsite, ensuring quality and safety standards are adhered to. Ensure site works produced align with the project and design specifications. Ensure all non-conformance investigations are resolved in a timely manner. Manage all site activities, including coordinating and supervising schedules to meet daily productivity targets and ensure the project is delivered on time, safely, and within budget. Resolve any operational issues. Monitor and analyze field performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Complete regular field inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations as well as company policies and procedures. Provide technical guidance and support to field staff, troubleshooting complex issues as and when required. Prepare and present reports on field activities, performance, and project status to senior management.
About You
Extensive experience in wireless telecommunications, network infrastructure, and field operations. 3+ years' experience in a supervision or field management role. Working at heights ticket is required. Rigging ticket/experience is advantageous. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to motivate and guide a team. Values safety, integrity, accountability, and quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Australian driving license. Full working rights within Australia.
