Your role The Field Manager is critical to ensuring excellence in store performance across the 7-Eleven network. Directly accountable for the performance of between 10 – 14 stores based across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and surrounding areas, you are an experienced retail leader who will use that experience to coach and mentor Store Leaders to execute on our customer ambition.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for retailing, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and will thrive on daily interaction with like-minded people.
You will be someone who gets a buzz out of helping others be the best they can be while at the same time driving excellence in store execution and customer service.
