We are seeking an experienced and organised person to join our Clarence Children's Services team as Field Coordinator. In this role, you will:
Monitor and support educators with regular visits. Support the development and implementation of the educational program. Assist parents with their childcare requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement and positive promotion of the scheme. Liaise with relevant professional organisations. Keep abreast of current practice and directions in childcare. ABOUT YOU Diploma or tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood with experience in childcare or equivalent. Understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law, Regulations and Quality Standards and the Child and Youth Safe framework and associated obligations. Knowledge and skills to assist in the development and implementation of educational programs. Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and/or the Framework for School Age Care. Knowledge of child development and experience working with children in the childcare industry. WHAT WE OFFER YOU This is an ongoing, full-time role. A base salary between $75,071.65 and $80,932.06 will be offered (dependent on skills and experience) with the preferred candidate + 12.5% superannuation and a 19-day month.
