We are looking for a dynamic Field Application Scientist to join the team, offering unparalleled product expertise and technical support at every step of the customer journey.

About the Role As the Field Application Scientist, you will be tasked with providing in-depth knowledge, application support, and technical solutions for bioprocessing equipment.

Key Responsibilities Support the sales team by offering product demonstrations, designing optimized solutions, and ensuring seamless product positioning.
Work directly with customers to guide the successful startup of products, run trials, and provide on-site training to ensure long-term success.
Troubleshoot customer challenges and provide proactive technical support to resolve issues and improve product performance.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to help drive product innovation and ensure our solutions meet market demands.
Keep a pulse on the competition—report insights and help us stay ahead of the curve.
Hands-on experience working with Cell culture technologies and bioreactors.
About you This role is ideal for someone with proven experience working in a technical role in bioprocessing.
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to have the following A degree in biological engineering, biotechnology, or a related life sciences field.
Strong familiarity with lab processes, bioprocessing equipment A keen understanding of customer needs and a passion for solving complex technical problems.
Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent presentation skills and the ability to run customer workshops and seminars.
Stong communication skills 30% travel required We are currently conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates for an ASAP start.
