Job Overview:
The Quality, Health & Safety Specialist supports Ferretti International's operational and strategic safety initiatives, providing guidance, mentoring, and advice to ensure a safe work environment.
The role focuses on fostering a safety culture, improving safety performance, and ensuring compliance with legislative obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive operational safety excellence by providing proactive support and coaching to frontline leaders.
Identify safety risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a safe work environment.
Monitor compliance with safety systems through observations, inspections, and engagements.
Assist with incident investigations and support frontline leaders in developing effective corrective actions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of safety practices and risk management processes.

Qualifications & Skills:
Relevant industry experience.

Valid driver's licence.
