You will plan and organise the assembly and installation of timber, steel, and aluminium fencing and take a leadership role on jobsites.
You will be proficient in the use of hand and power tools to prepare, remove, and install pine paling, custom fabricated and colorbond panel fences and gates.
You will have excellent planning skills and the ability to give clear directions to TA's to ensure timely and efficient completion of works.

Responsibilities Final site measure and confirm design for fabrication/ordering Identify materials needed for completion as required Mark out and set up string-lines onsite Prepare the area for new fences using hand and power tools Set fence posts, rails, palings, and/or panels Set up and finish concrete plinths, paths, and retaining walls Assemble and install fabricated gates, fence panels, in steel and aluminium Install electric gate controllers/openers Inspect and maintain, or remove old fences as required Ensure all the equipment and fencing materials are loaded for the day of work, and the load is secure Clear the worksite of rubbish and debris upon completion Track extra costs and variations as required Workshop assembly and assistance as required Qualifications and Experience Valid driver's license At least 3 years of experience in construction, carpentry, or fencing is required Physically fit and good hand dexterity required Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer satisfaction skills Basic welding and/or concreting skills highly desired Employment Benefits Competitive Salary Fully maintained company vehicle Mobile phone Flexible working conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr
