Fencer/Handyman

Our Fencing company is a long established contractor providing property repair and maintenance services throughout the Greater Sydney area.
We urgently require a handyman / fencer for an immediate start. Experience in general fencing and estimating an advantage. The work is field based in the repair and the designated area of responsibility on all Government, Commercial and Residential properties in relation to the contract KPIs of timeliness, planned works delivery and quality.
Key responsibilities includes (not limited to): Day-to-day repair works – Field based, hands on especially fencing in timber and Colorbond.  Identification, supervision of related works. Communicate with the fencing manager, office staff and clients to ensure that they are kept informed of any issues relating to contract performance and compliance.Ensure that work site instructions are followed including Risk Assessments, Job Analysis, Hazard Identification, and in Process Inspections.Ensure all works are being carried out as required by contract specification and appropriate standards/ building codes.Self-managed and efficient to achieve contract objectives. Skills and Experience Relevant experience in fencing/handymanOHS General Induction to Construction CertificateNational Police Check or willing to undertakeOwn tools and transport. This is a long term role to a dedicated and well managed individual.  If you are a go-getter willing to take on challenges combined with an ability to work flexibly and adaptively, we would like to hear from you.
