Salary: $73,150 per annum plus superannuation
Job Details: Full time, 38 hours per week
Location: 17 Barkly Hwy (miles end) , Mount Isa, QLD, Australia
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and implement strategic office plans, setting priorities and service standards to optimize efficiency and productivity. Effectively allocate human resources, space, and equipment to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness. Assign work to staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment. Manage office records, accounts, and financial transactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Liaise with professionals and external stakeholders to coordinate office business, resolve issues, and build strong relationships. Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, and oversee facility upkeep to maintain a safe and functional workspace. Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations, government legislation, and company policies and procedures. Coordinate personnel activities, including recruitment, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision to attract and retain top talent. Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant office software. Be proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Essential Skills:

Minimum 1 year of related experience. Job Type: Full-time
