About the Role: We are looking for a experienced Retail Managers to support and lead the operations of these successful Cairns locations in Smithfield and Cairns Central .
As a Manager, you will oversee a team of 5+ to ensure compliance with company standards in merchandising, customer service, KPIs, and personnel management.
This role involves training and developing the team to deliver outstanding customer service, ultimately achieving KPIs and meeting budget targets.
This role is suited for a hands-on leader who loves to lead from the front to ensure their team's success.
