RESPONSIBILITIES Relationship Building:Department Managers: Build and continue fostering positive relationships with department managers.Client Engagement: Be the face of our brand during store visits, engaging with key stakeholders.Premium Display Locations:Strategic Placement: Secure prime locations within key departments.Visual Impact: Ensure our products shine in every aspect, maximizing visibility.Execution and Stock Levels:Attention to Detail: Confirm that displays and walls are executed properly, meeting planogram expectations.Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.Valuable Insights:Call Reports: Provide detailed feedback through call reports.Pictures: Capture visual insights during store visits.QUALIFICATIONS Excellent Communication Skills: Articulate and effective communication to engage with department managers and internal managers.Warm and Approachable: A friendly demeanor that fosters positive relationships.Proven Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to establish lasting connections with cosmetic managers.Professional Appearance and Demeanor: Represent our brand with professionalism and poise.Passion for Cosmetics: Genuine interest in beauty products and industry trends.Access to Own Vehicle: Reliable transportation.Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel within a 100km territory.Availability: Able to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.ABOUT US Acosta, and its subsidiaries, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
