The Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced and driven Production Supervisor to lead our team at our brand-new Wingfield factory. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark and contribute to the success of our newest site.
Typical Duties will include: Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Lead and mentor a team of production workers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and meet production targets and deadlines. Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges efficiently. Maintain compliance with workplace safety and quality standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and productivity. Ideally, you will have: Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive approach to coaching and developing team members. Cabinetmaking or shopfitting experience.
