About the opportunity: The Farm Manager's main role is toensure that all farm operations, financial objectives, and production iscarried out in an ethical manner, efficiently, on time and within budget, andto the company's standard.
The Farm Manager will work closelywith the Regional Manager, Regional Operations Manager and Farm Managementteams across all sites in Tasmania with a strong focus on efficiencies.

Building a sustainable operational farmteam including irrigation, maintenance, harvest, horticulture, safety andadministrationImplementing benchmarking, cost trackingand savings strategiesReviewing the performance of staff withthe aim to place the 'right people in the right role'Scheduling of all farm activities withthe farm's operations teamTaking a leading role in Annual Budgetpreparations and manage set production budgetsAnalysing production processes andliaising with other Berry Category managers for improved performance to ensuretimely operations within budgetThis is a fast-paced role within a well established agricultural business. This role is critical to the success of Blackberry production within the Tasmania region and leads a team of around 600 team members during peak harvest season.
About you: To be successful in this role you will have strong experience in a leadership position within an agriculture business with an emphasis on people, quality, yield and timing.
