Farm Manager .
This position requires a strong background in agriculture and leadership, with a proven track record of success in managing agricultural operations.Job Summary:

Manage orchards, gardens, vegetables, animals, game, maintenance, and overall business aspects of the farm.Develop and implement farming practices aligned with permaculture and organic principles.Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring effective delegation, support, and performance management.The ideal candidate will have a formal qualification in agriculture, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
A minimum of 3 years experience in stone fruit or similar agricultural operations is required.Estimated Salary:
