AAGIM manages agricultural investments across Australia in the sectors of dairy, sheep meat, dryland cropping, and horticulture.We are seeking a Farm Manager for a mixed beef-prime lamb operation near Tarcutta, NSW. This property is currently undergoing significant investment and transformation. The Farm Manager will be responsible for the execution of all farm activities including:Working with AAGIM through exceptional communication to maximise the performance and profitability of all stock, pastures, and fodder cropping programs plus all development works.Contributing to the improvement of farm practices through regular reviewing of SOPs, staff training, toolbox talks, and farm software management and data analytics.Identifying and correcting unsafe and unacceptable farming practices and behaviour.Carrying out all other farm duties in a timely and professional way.Taking responsibility for and contributing to forward planning to ensure that the farm is managed at a high standard.Day-to-day operations include:The maintenance and operation of all machinery and plant.The maintenance of all buildings on the property including 2IC House, Farm Manager's House, Sheds, and Owner's residence.Taking responsibility for all livestock activities such as stock movement, rotational grazing, confinement feeding, lambing, calving, breeding stock/genetic stock selection, and lifetime ewe and cow management.Pasture management.Husbandry, calving, and lambing.Workplace Health and Safety.Supporting a small-scale horse enterprise.Liaison with farm owners.Interested applicants should submit a detailed resume to Jennie Marlow, HR Manager at ****** or simply click on Apply Now.
