About the jobWe are looking for passionate Divers to join our multi-skilled Central Operations crew! This is a full-time position working across a 7/7 roster, earning a base hourly rate of $37.08 per hour with a dive allowance of $100 per dive day. Our Central Operations crew is based out of Dover in stunning southern Tasmania but this role will also involve travel to other marine sites. Duties include net inspections, underwater repairs, mort retrieval, net scoring, mooring checks, fish school, behavioural observation, and general farm duties as required.
We have opportunities available on both day & night shift. Night shift receives an additional loading for working nights.
What we're looking for: A minimum of a Certificate III in Aquaculture Dive or an ADAS Aquaculture SSBA to 30 metres Commercial dive qualification;Commitment to working in a marine farming environment;Strong communication skills;Coxswains Grade 2 ticket; (desirable)Right to work full time in Australia;To successfully pass pre-employment medical and drug test.Why Tassal?
