Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the community and supporting those affected by family violence? We're looking for a dedicated and dynamic
Family Violence Team Leader
to join our team and lead with heart and vision.
What You'll Do:
Lead a team of passionate professionals to provide support and services to individuals affected by family violence.
Collaborate with external organisations to enhance service delivery and advocacy.
Drive continuous improvement in programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to staff.
Support the
Orange Door Program , ensuring seamless service provision for those in need.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in family violence leadership and MARAM training.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ideally have previous experience working at The Orange Door.
Ready to start ASAP.
