SCHCADS Level 5 Position ($97,377.80 - $101,787.92) - Dependent on Qualifications & Experience + Salary Packaging EntitlementsAbout the role:The Family Support Services is funded by Territory Families, Housing and Communities and is a collaboration with Danila Dilba Health Services. The Family Support Services coordinate an effective service system response to respond to high and complex needs, and trauma. The program must be able to engage with, and work effectively with, the broader service system.The Family Support Services has a clear mandate to information exchange between service providers and Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities to ensure quality of services, efficiency and prevent unnecessary statutory intervention. The service prioritises and fosters sector partnership and collaboration, and services are based on evidence and focused on outcomes.We have two Permanent Full-Time and one Permanent Part-Time (0.8FT) opportunities based in Darwin, NT within our Northern Territory (NT) Services program.
