You will work closely with families, offering early intervention and prevention support to reduce risks to children, strengthen family capabilities, and improve outcomes for both children and their families.
Key responsibilities: Actively engage children, youth, and families through home visits, phone contact, and meetings.Provide targeted support to priority groups, including infants, young children, adolescents, people with disabilities, and those experiencing family violence.Evaluate the needs, risks, and safety of families, and develop targeted, time-limited goals and interventions.Ensure all safety checks are completed promptly and in accordance with relevant procedures and guidelines.The base salary for this position is $85,120.36 - $91,586.56 (based on 1.0 EFT) + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum. This is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract position.
About you To be successful in this role, you'll come with:
