After building a practice in Victoria over 25 rewarding years, Dr. Janicki is relocating to the mainland. His 1850 patient panel is available immediately with the current plan to stay until a replacement is found.
Dr. Janicki works with three collaborative colleagues who share the staff, office space, and overhead. He currently works five days a week, one and a half days in the office where he has access to two exam rooms, and three half days remotely, seeing 20-25 patients per half day.
The EMR is OSCAR. The group signed up for Longitudinal Family Practice (LFP) on February 1, 2023. The Office Manager and staff run an efficient office keeping overhead low. We see booked patients only.
The office is in a professional building on Cook Street, close to Royal Athletic Park. It is newly renovated, bright, air-conditioned, and fully equipped with a computer and printer in each room and high-speed wireless internet. Free parking for doctors and staff is available on site and within 2 blocks.

Five exam rooms total (shared), two working offices (shared), three FT MOAs, one PT Office Manager, one PT Billing Manager, one casual MOA. All doctors work alternating schedules to accommodate space. 1.5-2 days in office per MD, and the rest virtual (we use Doxy.Me for virtual appointments). Free Parking. Great staff.
