Family Medicine – (52599)

Central Pennsylvania 100% Outpatient Primary Care Opening Permanent position FQHC setting – Federally Qualified Health Center Group has 4 Family Medicine physicians plus several CRNPs and a pediatrician. No call required. Monday – Friday with no weekends.
Hours are 8 am – 5:30 pm with 1 late date on Thursdays till 7:30 pm.
Rotate late schedule of 11 am – 7:30 pm every 4-6 weeks. See 16-20 patients per day. Visa sponsorship available for J1 and H1B visa holders. Salary range is $215,000 – $220,000 (negotiable). Full benefits including 23 days of PTO in year one, $3500 for CME plus 40 hours of CME time off per year, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 403B retirement. Relocation up to $10,000. Several academic partnerships within the group. Located 25 minutes to Harrisburg, PA, 3 hours to Pittsburgh, PA, and 2 hours to Philadelphia, PA. BE/BC – American Board of Family Medicine.
