Full job descriptionAbout the role The candidate will ideally be well-versed in conducting litigation in the Federal Circuit and Family Court, who can competently run your client's mentions, interim hearings and mediations. If you have estate law experience, or a desire to grow in these areas, that could be pursued.
With plenty of client contact, producing documents, running cases and attending court, you will have full carriage of your own matters including responsibility for efficient time recording of billable hours in our easy-to-use Leap software management system. There is also the value of time with the Principal to discuss ongoing matters for strategic oversight and guidance, brainstorming and practical how to advice.
