Exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer to join a growing practice. We are delighted to represent a well-regarded personal injury law firm in Canberra that is expanding its practice to include family law.
The firm is looking for a senior family lawyer with a strong background in family law and some commercial experience to help build and shape their new family law division.

About You:
Experience: You'll have at least 4 years of post-admission experience in family law, with some commercial law experience highly desirable.
Knowledgeable: You are well-versed in family law matters such as property settlements, child custody, and divorce, with a solid understanding of how commercial issues may intersect with family law.
Client-focused: You have a strong ability to manage client relationships and provide strategic advice, ensuring the best possible outcomes for your clients.
Entrepreneurial spirit: As part of a growing practice, you're excited about the opportunity to help shape and build the family law offering within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including property settlements, child custody, and divorce cases.

Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's family law practice, working closely with leadership to establish its reputation.
