They seek to add an Associate to SC level lawyer to the team.
THE ROLE This is an opportunity that will provide you with quality work, excellent mentoring, and support from senior lawyers/Partners who are well regarded in the industry.
You will be working on children and property matters, including:
Various types of property settlements (conservative to high net worth)Financial agreements (including matters involving companies, trusts, SMSFs, businesses, taxation, disclosure, and valuation issues)Maintenance and child supportParenting disputesDe-facto and same-sex relationships/marriagesAdvice in relation to adoption, surrogacy, and same-sex and LGBTI familiesYou will truly love and be challenged by the variety of work on offer here, and feel secure, supported, and heard within a cohesive team.
