Our full-service law firm client is well known in Victoria. They seek to add an Associate to SC level lawyer to the team.
THE ROLE
This is an opportunity that will provide you with quality work, excellent mentoring, and support from senior lawyers/Partners who are well regarded in the industry. You will be working on children and property matters, including:
Various types of property settlements (conservative to high net worth)
Financial agreements (including matters involving companies, trusts, SMSFs, businesses, taxation, disclosure, and valuation issues)
Maintenance and child support
Parenting disputes
De-facto and same-sex relationships/marriages
Advice in relation to adoption, surrogacy, and same-sex and LGBTI families
