In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to clients in the area of family law, including divorce, child matters, property settlements, and other related matters. What you'll be doing
Advising clients on their legal rights and options in family law matters. Preparing and filing legal documents. Representing clients and negotiating to achieve the best possible outcomes. Collaborating with other team members and lawyers to provide best outcomes for our clients. What we're looking for
A law degree and admission to practice as a solicitor in Victoria. At least 3 years of experience in family law. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting clients during difficult life transitions. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. What we offer
