McNamara & Associates is a busy, established generalist law practice of over 20 years with offices in Nowra and Batemans Bay.
An opportunity for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team at our Nowra office has arisen.

We are looking for a candidate who:
has strong communication skills, both written and verbal; focuses on providing efficient and effective advice and support to clients; has strong problem solving and negotiation skills; has personal integrity and strength; is competent in time management and time recording skills; appreciates and contributes to the productive culture of the firm; is able to produce and type documents from precedents; has a genuine interest in assisting clients; and has familiarity with Leap software. The Role:
The successful candidate will have broad experience in conducting litigation in the Federal Circuit and Family Court and competently run client's mentions, interim hearings and mediations.
You will have full carriage of your own matters with appropriate client contact, preparation of documents, running cases and attending court, including responsibility for efficient time recording of billable hours in our easy-to-use Leap software management system. There is also the value of time with colleagues for support to discuss ongoing matters.
The position is for an immediate start.
