With their current Paralegals now admitted solicitors, they are seeking additional enthusiastic career Paralegals or Law Students with a passion for Family Law.
This opportunity will see you working and mentored by a leading family law accredited specialist, as part of a cohesive and collaborative team.
About You: Minimum of 1 year experience working within a Family Law practice where you have developed a strong understanding of both property and parenting family law matters;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Ability to work independently as well as being receptive to mentoring and supervision where you can further develop your family law knowledge;Strong computer literacy.Responsibilities: Taking initial client enquiries;Assisting family law solicitors as required, including drafting documents and general correspondence;Preparation of Court Documents and Briefs to Counsel;File management;Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals;Providing administrative support to Solicitors as required.Benefits: You will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary working with this social bunch of professionals, where you will enjoy a range of staff events, including weekly morning teas and drinks as well as awesome external events.
