This is an exciting opportunity for an accredited, experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join Relationships Australia Victoria.

About the role Reporting to the Senior Manager, you are a qualified Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Practitioner who will join our team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals providing FDR to separating couples.
You will assist separating couples in resolving disputes related to parenting arrangements, property settlements, and the development of parenting plans.
Your responsibilities will include providing conflict resolution, parent education, and a structured framework for negotiation.
You will also conduct assessments and mediation, lead group work as needed, and offer information, support, and referrals to appropriate services and programs.
The successful candidate MUST have a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.
This opportunity is located at our Melbourne Family Relationship Centre in Melbourne CBD and will part-time, working three days per week (Tuesday to Thursday), with Tuesday being an evening shift.
This is a fixed-term position until January 2026.
The base salary range is $95k-$102k (pro-rata) per annum.
About you Degree qualified in Social Work, Social Sciences or Family Law.
Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.
Accreditation as an FDRP with the Attorney-General's Department.
Previous experience working as an FDRP (desirable).
Experience/or training in property mediation, able to undertake training (preferable).
