ABOUT THE ROLE: This position will provide a range of high quality, child focused interventions to families post separation who are experiencing various levels of conflict and need support reaching agreements in relation to their children and/or the distribution of property.
The role includes intake, risk assessment, case management, and the provision of interventions including mediation and child inclusive practice under the jurisdiction of the Family Law Act.
This position will also provide a range of high-quality general mediation services to Interrelate clients as required.
These may include, but not be limited to any of the following situations in which clients seek assistance with managing the process of dispute and conflict resolution: workplace mediation, elder mediation, school-based or parent/child mediation.
The role involves supporting clients to identify issues, develop options, consider alternatives, and make decisions about outcomes.
Key Duties will include: Provide family dispute resolution and general mediation servicesFacilitate groups, seminars and workshopsConduct intake assessments, develop case plans and parenting agreementsFacilitate effective referral and promotion of servicesParticipate in program and service evaluationsThe successful applicant must hold a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution, and current accreditation with the Attorney General's Department as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
In addition to the required qualifications and FDR accreditation, we are also looking for people who have great people skills and can work with clients on resolving issues by generating flexible and practical options.
We have two Permanent Part-time positions available, one of the positions will be working Tuesday to Friday (29hrs per week) and the second position will be working from Wednesday to Friday (22.5hrs per week). Hourly rate is in line with a SCHADS Award level 5, $53.24 per hour, plus 11.5% superannuation. ABOUT US: Interrelate is a not-for-profit provider of relationship and family support services.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: 1.
Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution, and current accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney General's Department.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline in addition to the Graduate Diploma Family Dispute Resolution is desirable.

Demonstrated experience and skills in:
delivering dispute resolution, family law, and/or mediation services with families and childrencasework with clients; implementing and supporting case plansfacilitating groups, seminars, and workshopsworking within a Family Law contextsolutions-focused and interpersonal communication skillsreport writing, case notes, data collection, and data entryworking with online systems and technology, such as a CRM (Client Relationship Management) System, Microsoft Teams and Zoom3.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of:
