Family Advocacy Lead - Aboriginal Family Led Decision MakingStreeties' is an Aboriginal community-controlled organization that has been supporting Aboriginal children, youth, and families in Geraldton for over three decades. Our current programs focus on encouraging young people and families to recognize and build on their existing strengths and connections within the community.AFLDM supports Aboriginal families involved with the Department of Communities. The program is built around a meeting where the family can participate and have a voice in the decisions made about their children. AFLDM workers are independent of the Department of Communities, which is important to the integrity of the process.
