Member Experience State Faculties - Tasmania Hobart Full Time, Permanent 15/1/2025 Full Time, Permanent opportunity to be located onsite in our Hobart office $78,009 p.a plus 17.5% annual leave loading, 14% Super + additional paid leave over Christmas Leading National Health and Education member-based organisation About the role Reporting to the Tasmania State Manager, you'll manage administrative functions and reception duties for the RACGP Hobart office.
You'll support faculty operations, council meetings, events, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining office processes and systems.
As our Faculty Administrator, you'll also: Provide high-quality administrative support, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and maintaining accurate records for faculty council and working groups.
Manage office operations, including supplies, contractor access, building maintenance, and general organisation tasks.
Support faculty events and activities, including advocacy, member engagement, CPD point allocation, and fellowship parchment delivery.
Assist with financial processes such as budget support, invoicing, payment processing, and financial reporting.
Skills & Experience Proven experience in administrative and receptionist roles with exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines independently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and interact confidently with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and manage technical setups for events and meetings.
