We're looking for a HR professional to join our Nestlé Wahgunyah factory in the HR Coordinator role. The home of Uncle Tobys.
Reporting to the Factory HR Business Partner, you'll take an active role in coordination of the application of Nestlé HR policy at a thriving, dynamic manufacturing site.

Coordination of recruitment, selection and onboarding. Organisational structure management through system (Success Factors). Drive our Community Engagement & volunteering programs Actively plan, promote and execute site wellness program. People analytics data management and reporting. Lead the internal communication program Lead and champion the recognition program Lead the promotion and communication of site initiatives. Support the implementation of other site initiatives. To be successful… A desire to grow or establish their HR career in a supportive and fun team environment Minimum 2 years' experience in HR (a qualification in HR Management would be considered desirable), including experience with recruitment, coaching training and development is advantageous. Suitable for a recent HR graduate. An appetite to learn and apply a broad range of HR policies, programs across the employee life cycle using multiple systems Enjoy building connections with all employees across functions and levels of organisation Apply a learning and growth mindset to the role to best support a dynamic manufacturing operation Exposure to and knowledge of employee management systems (i.e. SuccessFactors) will be considered an advantage Be able to predominantly work on site (flexibility with respect to hours of work is possible, but this is an on-site role) Full Australian working rights and applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
