About the Company: Just Quality is a privately owned and operated South Australian Company. We specialise in Outdoor Blinds, Roller Shutters, Plantation Shutters, Artificial Turf, Paving, Roofing, & Garage Doors.
Responsibilities: Assembly and Production: Work as part of a team to assemble, fabricate, and package products according to established guidelines and specifications.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet our quality standards before they leave the production line.
Machine Operation: Safely operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
Material Handling: Assist in the movement of raw materials, components, and finished products within the factory.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organized, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Adherence to Procedures: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in production tasks.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is not required.Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.Basic understanding of safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Strong attention to detail and quality.Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
