Factory Based Construction Labourers

Our client is experiencing significant growth and is seeking very skilled and reliable candidates to start immediately!You will be using your skills to manufacture pre-fabricated walls for primarily residential projects.10-hour shifts provide plenty of overtime hours to earn extra and great long-term prospects for reliable workers!This is the ideal role for construction workers who want to work consistently and earn as much as possible!Starting rate will increase after 3 months for reliable candidates.Skill sets required to be successful in this role include:Steel frame assembly experience or similarOperation of circular saws, angle grinders, and general plant operationConcrete cutting saw experience with precisionOverhead crane operationWindow installation experienceESSENTIAL FITNESS NEEDS:This role requires good fitness levels as there are elements involving a lot of squatting.Do not apply if:You have limited availabilityYou cannot pass drug and alcohol testing at any time on the jobYou cannot pass a police checkYou cannot provide work references that confirm your reliability and trustworthinessThis is a fast-growing company that wants to take you with them in this growth!Christmas shutdown will occur; however, it may only be for one week and a half (1.5 weeks).
