We have an exciting new opportunity as Facility Manager to lead an aged care facility located in the Mid North Coast, employed on a full-time basis.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for overseeing and managing the facilities management to ensure all contractual requirements are met. You will be an on-site point of contact for the client, sub-contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate the delivery of Facilities Management Services within contract scopeEnsure Work Health and Safety procedures are followed as per contract requirementsOversee allocated financial budgetsDevelop and maintain close working relationships with client representatives and ISSDirection, management, and development of reporting ISS staffMonitor the application of asset management plans of the facilityIntroduce initiatives and encourage a continuous improvement philosophy across the sites, driving client/customer satisfactionQualificationsWhat will you possess to be successful:
Tertiary education in facility management, business or related recognized facilities management professional qualification would be an advantage.Demonstrable evidence of team management and leadership skillsA good working knowledge of operations and maintenance environmentAbility to recognize risk to building managementGood working knowledge of IT – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office toolsCan-do attitude and willingness to jump in to ensure service delivery is achieved where requiredCOVID-19 Vaccination Certificate outlining full vaccination is required. As a service provider, ISS must comply with all public health directives and client requirements. Medical exemptions will apply.
