The Opportunity Join a leading provider in aged care as a Facility Manager in the beautiful coastal town of Nowra.
This role is perfect for an established leader who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for senior residents.
You will oversee a residential care home that accommodates 60+ residents, ensuring a nurturing and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership : Manage all aspects of care and service delivery, including operations, lifestyle programs, food services, and compliance.
Community Engagement : Build relationships with local businesses and community groups to promote the facility.
Financial Management : Oversee facility expenses and ensure budget compliance while managing resources effectively.
Team Development : Support the growth of the facility management team by identifying opportunities for development and education.
Stakeholder Relationships : Maintain positive relationships with government departments, suppliers, and service providers to enhance resident care.
About You We are looking for a candidate with: A strong background in clinical services within the aged care sector.
An undergraduate qualification in Human Services, Nursing, Health Service Management, Business, or Social Sciences.
Previous experience of operational or administrative management, with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
Financial acumen and experience managing operational compliance with regulatory requirements.
A valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
