About the role

As the Facility Manager you will be able to make a real difference in the lives of the residents and staff of the home.
You will spearhead the delivery of high-quality care through leadership, making sure each resident gets the individualised care they deserve.
You will also be responsible for the management of the facility's finances, workforce and overall operations.
