Facility Manager - North East TAS
Seeking an experienced Facility Manager required to lead the operations of this lovely, aged care home based within driving distance of Launceston.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency across the clinical, financial, occupancy, marketing and AN-ACC functions.
This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced aged care leader looking for a role they can see themselves in long term.

Requirements:
Demonstrated Facility Manager experience in the aged care sector
AHPRA Registration as an RN DIV 1 is desirable but not essential
Excellent Business Acumen skills
Extensive clinical and operational knowledge
Highly developed leadership, communication, and change management skills
Strong knowledge of operational budgets, AN-ACC and financial management
Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
