The role will include maintenance of plant, equipment, contract management, HSEQ as well as cleaning and soft services while driving visible improvement in standards of service to the customer. A strong focus on end-user experience and superior service quality as well as governance and attention to detail will be key to success. Hard maintenance will include planned and reactive Asset Management and a focus on Lifecycle Management. The Facility Manager will oversee the day to day management of current and future portfolio requirements. The roles would be Full Time Permanent opportunities, working from our ISS Marleston Office.
