As our Facility Manager , you'll oversee the bustling Curtin Exchange, new and existing student accommodations, and a range of retail, commercial, and industrial tenancies.
We're seeking a proactive, results-oriented professional to manage and enhance these key facilities, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional experience for all tenants across our Perth facilities.
What You'll Do: Lead maintenance and operational management across Curtin's diverse tenancies to support effective high-quality student and tenant experience.
Foster strong relationships with tenants, including Curtin Guild, retail and commercial partners, to ensure efficient, effective service delivery.
Drive strategic contract management by overseeing contractor performance, budgeting, and compliance with industry standards, especially within high-traffic, student-centred environments.
Manage tenancy performance for Curtin's owned spaces and leased properties, with responsibility for high standards in customer satisfaction, maintenance, and operational excellence.
About You: Extensive experience and qualifications within asset management, engineering and/or facilities management for large-scale or multi-site facilities.
Strong experience in managing tenant relationships across both owned and leased properties.
Proven leadership experience in managing complex operations and large teams.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage contracts and budgets effectively.
Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement and sustainability.
