Our team is growing and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Facility and Community Use Co-Ordinator at our location Angle Vale, employed on a full time basis.
?The Position:
Guide and coordinate the use of the school facilities by School, Council and Community users and manage bookings for shared council and community use spaces.
Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure use of facilities aligns with design intent and the needs & values of contract partners whilst seeking continuous growth and service improvement
Coordinate the planned and reactive services provided by ISS on-site service team and subcontractors to achieve the objectives and performance outcomes of the contracted services for the schools.

Skills and Minimum Criteria:
Be aware of and understand Work, Health and Safety Legislation (Essential)?
Customer service experience (Essential)
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Sports Management / Administration (Desirable)?
Previous experience in sports/facilities administration (Desirable)?
Ability to juggle, prioritise and reprioritise within a dynamic establishment environment
Ability to communicate with clients, team members and managers
Understand KPI's for facilities management contracts
Sound computer skills and working knowledge of asset and maintenance management systems
A valid full driver's license
Must provide or be willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check and National Police Check
