What this opportunity involves: As the Facilities Coordinator, you will assist in the management of owned properties and leased premises within a designated portfolio situated within our diverse government account.
Support the service delivery functions of the government client tenants and Facilities Managers through your concise administrative abilities, engaging communication skills, and proactive approach.
An Overview of the role: Assist in Facilities Management duties as delegated by the Facilities Manager.
Ensure on-site difficulties are promptly resolved with minimal disruption to BAU activities.
Work in conjunction with service providers to manage escalations regarding contractor performance and client complaints to ensure works are completed in a timely manner.
Development and upkeep of property maintenance plans.
Review property inspection plans.
Manage and monitor work order statuses through Corrigo.
Deliver excellent customer service to meet stakeholder expectations by building effective relationships.
Ensure compliance with all OH&S, Environment, and Risk Management Policies and Procedures.
Adhere to JLL's business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm's guidelines, procedures, and strategies.

This is what we are looking for: Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills and an active listener.
Flexible in adapting to rapidly changing situations.
A team player who is able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets.
Able to deal with competing concurrent issues within tight operational deadlines.
Excellent client focus and service.
Australian citizenship is required in order to work within the Government account.
