I have a temporary Facilities Manager role available in Adelaide for an immediate start.

Your new role
Acting as the client representative for this portfolio in SA, this position is responsible for managing all soft and hard service contracts and ensuring adherence by subcontractors.
Based primarily on a single site, there will be a requirement to travel to a second building on occasion as needed for inspections or inductions.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the opportunity, you will need to be immediately available to start and have previous FM experience within a corporate environment.
You will need to be a solid communicator, process driven, comfortable working as the primary contact and very HSE aware.
