This hands-on role requires a leader who can drive engineering services operations, focusing on energy sustainability, ongoing building commissioning, and operational improvements.An overview of the role:Manage and lead the site operational team, including technical third-party service providersDrive sustainability initiatives to achieve NABERS Energy and Water targetsEstablish and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and attending meetingsEnsure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and safety standardsCoordinate effective maintenance, risk management, and procurement activitiesPrepare and monitor annual property operations and capital works budgetsOversee small to mid-size site projectsParticipate in sustainability forums and implement performance improvement programsManage tenant relationships and address their operational concernsConduct periodic inspections of building and plant to determine repair prioritiesPrepare tender and contract documentation for works and servicesEmbrace and promote the property and corporate Incident and Injury Free programSound like you?
