As the Facilities Manager, take the lead and be responsible for activities required to maintain building and facility services across all our campuses. This covers four key areas: facilities services, minor capital works, facilities infrastructure, and security & risk.

You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Business Services and drive strategic initiatives that support the future of The Gordon. In addition, you'll oversee key maintenance projects and be responsible for leading the Facilities team in the day-to-day delivery of services.

We are looking for a strong people leader with the ability to lead and support an operational, customer service-focused team. Building relationships, with a focus on collaboration among stakeholders is critical to the success of the team. You will be responsible for developing a positive culture for your team and be student-focused with your solutions.

This role requires strong commercial acumen as you'll be responsible for operational budgets, forecasting expenditure, managing disbursements, and associated records management.
