Facilities Manager (6-Month Contract)

We are looking for a strong Facilities Manager / Building Projects Manager to join a fantastic organisation on a 6-month contract to assist with day-to-day facilities maintenance work and building projects / upgrades / refurbishments across various buildings. This covers:
Management of facilities maintenance, capital & minor works projects and refurbishment projectsOversee the engagement of contractors, sub contractors and facilities management service providersDevelop and implement policies and procedures to improve the performance of facilities managementFull OHS responsibilityAssist with the implementation of a newly acquired CMMS systemManage a small Maintenance TeamBase criteria, skills and attributes: 5+ years of experience in a similar roleWhite CardPaid Blue CardQualifications relevant to facilities management or construction project managementExperience working on heritage listed buildings is advantageousStrong communication skillsOutstanding stakeholder management skillsAbility to deliver effective results whilst meeting tight deadlines and targetsMust be an AU Citizen / Permanent ResidentThis role is based on site in Brisbane CBD Monday to Friday (38 hours a week). Ideally, this individual can commence immediately (or within 1-2 weeks). Our client is offering up to $110,000 + super + vehicle + leave entitlements (annualised).
